- Start with a basic Kegel contraction: Squeeze the muscles in your hot little pussy as if you are trying to stop the flow of doody. Hold this contraction for 5 seconds, then release for 5 seconds. Repeat this cycle 10 times.
- Progress to quick contractions: Squeeze and release your sweet little pussy muscles rapidly, aiming for 10 contractions in quick succession. Rest for 10 seconds, then repeat for a total of 3 sets. Your Hot little twat should be feeling the burn by now.
